VIP File Tools ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

When you use our tools as a guest, we temporarily store the file you upload only for the duration of conversion (max 30 minutes). When you create an account, we store your email address, hashed password, plan information, and basic usage statistics.

What we never collect

• The contents of your files beyond what's needed to convert them
• Sensitive personal information unless you explicitly enter it
• Data from other websites or third-party services

How we use your data

We use your data only to operate the service: process conversions, enforce usage limits, send transactional emails (login, receipts), and improve product quality through anonymized analytics.

File deletion

All uploaded files and converted outputs are permanently deleted within 30 minutes. We do not back them up, share them, or use them for any purpose other than fulfilling your conversion request.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and a small number of analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
