Use of service

You may use the tools for lawful purposes only. You may not upload illegal content, copyrighted material you don't own rights to, or content that violates the rights of others.

Free vs Premium

Free accounts include 5 conversions per day with a 25 MB upload limit. Premium and VIP plans provide unlimited conversions, larger file sizes, and access to advanced tools as described on our Pricing page.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Service availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, including abusive usage, fraud, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.

Limitation of liability

VIP File Tools is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of the service. Always keep backups of important files.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
