All paid plans (VIP Special and Premium) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll process it — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@vipfiletools.com from the email address tied to your account. Include your order ID if available. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

After the 30-day window

Premium subscriptions: cancel from your profile to stop future renewals. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

VIP Special (lifetime): refund requests after 30 days are reviewed case-by-case but generally not granted, since the offer is one-time.
